Served a Summons Or Credit Card Debt Lawsuit – Don’t Call the Creditor!
I receive e-mails every week from people who have had the misfortune of receiving a summons notice on their doorstep or the joy of having a stranger sidle up to them and say, “You’ve been served.”
Not fun. Oftentimes, these same people tell me that the first thing they did was to pick up the phone, call the collection agent or collection attorney in many cases and try to work out a payment plan or settlement agreement. This is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
Once you have been served a summons, this means that the collection agency is SUING YOU. You are being sued and the collection agency is now the Plaintiff and you are the Defendant. Any and ALL communication with the Plaintiff should be done via written correspondence only.
It’s too late for “I’ll send you $50 buck a month, I promise.” Way too late. Now is the time to take responsibility for your financial future and face your fears (debt) head on. Even if the collector was to agree to a payment plan, they cannot be trusted. While you are “working it out” they could be in the process of putting a lien on your property and searching for your bank account information in order to seize your assets.
Here’s what you need to do. First of all, DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. This is difficult, after all I’m sure you feel badly about the debt in the first place and it’s probably been haunting you for years. The sad truth is that many of these debt lawsuits are brought about on out-of-statute debt and the collection agencies and debt attorneys are notorious for re-aging the DOLA or Date of Last Activity on your credit report. It’s in your best interest to dig up any old credit reports and bank statements to prove the the date of the last payment you made on the defaulted account. If that date is past your state’s statute of limitations on open credit card debt, they have the right to try and collect, but they cannot sue you and must drop the lawsuit.
Additionally, very rarely is a debtor sued for the actual amount they owe…penalties, interest, and other assorted fees are generally tacked on to the balance. Make them prove their case!
There are many other defenses that can be raised against one of these collectors. The key is that you need to communicate with them through the court system. They don’t expect you to fight back, over 96% of debt lawsuits end in default judgment. The chances of them backing off and dropping the lawsuit are HUGE if you take the time to properly format what is called a Notice of Appearance, Answer, and Certificate of Service.
It takes some time and research to properly file these documents, but it’s your financial future at stake. A default judgment can not only freeze your bank account or garnish your wages but it will also ruin your credit for a minimum of 7 years. A few states offer basic templates for the forms you will need to file with the court, a simple Google search should offer up some resources. You can purchase Word templates (w/ affirmative defenses for third-party debt collectors) for the “Answer to Complaint” document and more at www.IHaveBeenServed.Info and alternatively there are very helpful people on several internet “debt” message boards who can offer up advice when drafting your own documents.
Additionally, you should fax and mail (certified, return receipt) a Cease & Desist Letter to the creditor informing them that they must communicate you with via written correspondence only and now that they know how to communicate with you they must refrain from contacting any of your neighbors, friends, relatives or employees in an attempt to collect their debt. If they violate your request, you can threaten to sue them for an infraction of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) which allows $1,000 for each violation.
Now is the time to action. If you do nothing, the creditors will find your assets and take them. Bottom line. File your Answer and other supporting documents and wait and see. The best that can happen? They won’t want to fight you in court and drop the lawsuit (they rarely have the supporting documentation to back up their claims) or you’ll receive a courtdate and you’ll be given the chance to work out a settlement agreement at that time. Either way you will have avoided a default judgement which is looked upon as poorly as bankruptcy in many cases.
Fight back! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
How To Be Irresistible To Your Man! This Will Make Him Chase You Around Like Crazy
Do you want to be irresistible to your man? Do you want him to feel that you are the best woman in the world? If you feel that your man isn’t giving you the attention you deserve and you feel that the relationship might be over, don’t despair. You can bring back the lost excitement in your love life. If you are willing to take action and attract him back, your relationship can take a turnaround. You can actually have him chase you around like crazy.
Here are the sure fire ways to be irresistible to your man…
Sensual attraction is a MUST…
I notice a lot of women who tend to neglect their physical attractiveness after a while. When a woman looks good, her man actually feels appreciated and admired. Men may don’t admit this to you… But they actually feel good when they know that you are taking the steps to look your best beautiful for them. They always appreciate the fact.
If you’ve been neglecting your looks, start paying attention to it right now. Never stick to one routine with your looks. Test different colors, different clothes and different styles. The more unpredictable you are with your dressing, the more amazed he is going to be with you. So pay attention to this at all costs. Be as unpredictable as possible.
Take the laid back approach…
Always take the laid back approach for everything. Don’t fret over things. If you expect him to call and he doesn’t call, do not make a big issue out of it. Just accept it. There’s a psychological rule which states: We pursue that which retreats from us.
Humans are naturally drawn to things that they can’t get. That’s what you need to do with your man. Stop indulging in any desperate or needy behaviors. Do not expect him to shower you with affection and care. Learn to take care of yourself first. And retreat from him as much as possible.
You’ve already on it before… But if you don’t keep doing it, a man will naturally lose attraction for you. That’s why you always have to keep him on his toes by constantly retreating. But never be predictable. Always do the unexpected. Use curiosity to get him to come after you instead of you chasing after him.
When you expect him to call and he hasn’t called, don’t call him up and say “I need to talk to you”. Instead call him up and say, “Hey! I was [at this place] today and this interesting thing happened. You know what?” And then just hang up.
He’s going to call you within some time. But when he does, you have to ignore him. Create loops like that and make up interesting stories. It will increase his attraction for you and make him chase you around like crazy.
How to Trace a Restricted Call
Frustrated with incoming restricted phone numbers? We all are! The question is how to trace a restricted call. It can be done, but it may cost you some money. You should first try to resolve the matter yourself.
If the restricted calls are threatening, or dangerous, or harassing in any way shape or form, you may need to involve the police. They, of course have the authority to look into any phone calls, restricted or not and get the information they need.
Contact your phone carrier, and see what they are able to do. Your cell phone and landlines may have some security features available that you are not aware of to help you trace a restricted call, or even block incoming calls that are not directly from your contact lists. If you have tried this route, and reached a dead end, then there are other steps that you can take to trace a restricted call.
One option is to hire a private investigator. There are many online sites that let you post your request for help in tracing your restricted calls. After you have posted your request, you will receive bids from different consultants, or agencies. They will tell you how much the trace will cost and how many days they will require to complete the trace. Many of the bidders will have ratings and customer reviews for you to look at before you choose which bid you will accept. The bids ran anywhere from $300 – $1500 for the tracing of one restricted phone call.
There are also tons of online sites such as reversemobile.com, or using Reverse Phone Lookup Directory like reversephonedetective.com to get the information you need. Some agencies charge a small fee, others offer free information up to a point, and then require a fee for additional information. Each phone number is supposed to be linked to a name and address, and potentially you may obtain this information through any of these sites. Be careful which company you use, and be careful with the actions you take after you obtain your information.
If the restricted phone calls are a constant bother and annoyance to you, then simply don’t answer those phone calls! If they are prank calls, or sales calls, most likely they won’t even leave you a voice mail. If it is someone who truly needs to speak to you, they can leave a voice mail and a phone number to call back. Caller ID is one of the greatest, most useful tools that our cell phones and home phones contain. With it, we are able to choose who we communicate with, and ignore all the ones that we don’t.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Vs Black Ops
Which of the two latest installments of the Call of Duty franchise is the best first person shooter video game? Call of Duty: Black Ops was released on November 9, 2010 and has grossed more than 650 million dollars in just 5 days after its release date. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released on November 8, 2011 and hopes to also garner the same amount of sales or even best that of Black Ops. Both video games are definitely action packed blockbuster experiences, but the only thing left to know now is whether the Call of Duty fans will welcome what Modern Warfare 3 will offer.
The two Call of Duty video games are set in different times. Black Ops begins in the 1960s where its storyline takes place in locations such as Russia, Cuba, Hong Kong, Laos, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, and the Arctic Circle. You can choose from a variety of game modes such as its campaign which has a very interesting and historical storyline; multiplayer mode which you can play online and on a LAN, and a zombie survival mode. The weapons used in this installment are a variety of handguns, machine guns, and explosives that have all been used during the Cold War.
Modern Warfare 3 takes place in the modern day spanning the globe. You will see action in India, Dubai, Paris, London, and even in Manhattan. It has a very compelling storyline as seen in some videos of its campaign that were initially leaked on YouTube. Other game modes are also available such as the multiplayer and of course, a zombie survival mode. You should have no problem mowing down enemies since all the weapons in your arsenal are the most modern weapons used in the world today.
The campaign of Black Ops revolves around a SOG and CIA operative named Alex Mason. Flashbacks of his past experience during the Cold War each come back to him as he is questioned by certain CIA operatives. These flashbacks are then retold as you play Alex Mason reliving those events. You’ll be thrown into different kinds of missions from several time periods involving sabotage, stealth, raid, and infiltration. You’ll be using weapons from machine guns to crossbows to defeat your enemies and accomplish your mission objectives. You won’t only be working on dry land; you’ll also be making your way through jungles and snow.
Modern Warfare 3 stands up to Black Ops with its campaign. You get to play 4 characters wherein you will fight as a Delta Force operative and a new Call of Duty character named Frost, as a SAS operative, a Russian Federal Protective Service agent, an AC-130 gunner, and as a tank gunner. This installment from the Call of Duty Series begins right after where Modern Warfare 2 ends. Russia has just attacked the United States through the Hudson River in New York. You’ll be on the edge of your seat with the game’s 15 globetrotting missions. This video game will definitely make you want more.
It is almost guaranteed that you and your friends will discover memorable times with both multiplayer game modes. Black Ops offers a great shooting multiplayer game that gives a player many chances to win. Call of Duty points have been added along with the ranking option for enhancing your gear. Instead of just waiting to get promoted so you can unlock things, CoD points allow you to get hold of certain perks and accessories for the beginning stages. Rankings or promotions are still important because it unlocks more useful and powerful things than what the CoD points offer. You can obtain more CoD points from in-game features such as contracts and wagers. These are challenges and deals that you make that will provide you with more points.
And before entering yourself in multiplayer with experienced gamers, you can choose to play in Combat Training first. It is a basic tutorial about the maps and weapons of the game where you can practice everything without the fear of continuously dying (solo, bots, friends and bots). It somewhat replaced the deathstreaks feature that provided not so good gamers with certain power-ups in Modern Warfare 2. The game has also made 3 categories for gear which are lethal, tactical, and equipment. More advanced killstreak benefits can now be used such as gunship attacks, remote exploding cars, napalm strikes, and much more. Limited edition special weapons are also made available in care packages such as the death machine and the grim reaper. And lastly, additional perks are available for the purpose of getting the upper hand such as sabotaging your enemy’s perks.
The multiplayer mode of Modern Warfare 3 offers a more balanced game play for everyone because of the rewards for different play styles. Killstreaks have been renamed as pointstreaks where earning rewards will not only be based in killing your enemies for a number of consecutive times but will also be in completing certain game objectives. Pointstreaks offer 3 packages that you can use based on how you play. These packages are the assault package, the support package, and the specialist package.
The assault package is for those players whose play style revolves in getting up-close to their enemies and like to deal direct damage. Rewards range from seeing your enemies in the mini-map for 3 straight kills to being the Osprey gunner that delivers the care packages when you kill your enemies 17 consecutive times. The support package is for those whose play style is more of a support, no kidding. The streak doesn’t end even if the player is killed and the rewards you obtain from it supports your team overall. 4 kills will give your team the ability to locate your enemies on the mini-map and killing 18 enemies will provide your team with EMP, juggernaut recon, or an escort airdrop. The specialist package is for more experienced gamers whose rewards come in the form of enhanced perks. These rewards are given to you when you kill 2, 4, and 6 enemies consecutively while having 8 kills gives you all the rewards that you’ve chosen. And lastly, the deathstreaks have been returned in this installment of the CoD series.
The weapons offered in the game total 40 which are all being used and tested by Special Forces today. There is a new feature that offers you the ability to unlock attachments, reticules, camouflages, and improve weapon proficiency for your weapon through leveling up. Some of the weapon proficiencies offered are reduced recoil when firing or kick, and reduced swaying of your weapon while aiming down your sights or stability. Attachments vary with different weapon classes regarding their type and how many attachments you can add.
Modern Warfare 3 may not be out yet, but overall gameplay appear to have all been improved. Black Ops has made record sales in November 2010 because of its different gameplay from the earlier CoD games. Which Call of Duty installment does indeed stand over the other? Some gamers still say COD4 Modern Warfare is the one to beat. We will just have to wait ’til November 8, 2011 to know which first person shooter game will rise to the top for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 vs. Black Ops.
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy Guide
In this Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy Guide, we will be discussing about all the awesome strategies, tips, tricks which will help you improve your kill:death ratio and give you the ability to unlock high-end weapons and rewards, which will ultimately make you win more games.
Call of Duty is so popular because you can play along with your friends and strangers alike. We’ll discuss about the best 6 strategies to help you DOMINATE and improve your kill:death ratio.
Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy Guide
Strategy #1 – Must Select the Right weapon For the map
One thing you must understand – never use only a single weapon no matter what map you’re on. Get used to using a gun. The more you use it, the more you’ll learn about its use and in turn, you’ll be able to use it effectively.
What I would recommend you is to sticking with a few guns – where you need to master – a close-ranged gun such as a sub-machine gun or a shotgun and the other is long-ranged weapon. You can use short-ranged weapons in small maps surrounded with buildings and you can use long-range weapons on bigger maps.
Behold! Better be ready to die if your enemy is using a sub-machine gun and you yourself is using an Assault Rifle while fighting in small rooms!
Strategy #2 – Never Sprint Near Enemies
You must have noticed how baddies are running all over the maps in Modern Warfare 3. In turn, they become an easy target for the non sprinters. Note that there’s a small delay before you can use your weapon again after every sprint you make. If you try to aim directly after sprinting, then the enemy can easily take you out as you need one whole second to shoot.
Remember that only sprint when you’re avoiding from being seen or watched or you’re moving across a dangerous area. Never sprint while being in offensive mode. Be ready to shoot at sight when you happen to see an enemy. Else you’ll be dead.
Strategy #3 – Always keep an Eye on Radar
Radar – the most important part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy Guide. Keep your eyes focused on it. All the time. Look for the direction where the dots are moving on the map if you have a UAV. Usually, if you happen to catch up with someone who’s walking in the same direction and you’re usually behind them, you can get an easy kill. Note that players like to move in groups. Meaning that when you see someone on the radar, there’s likely that another player is nearby. So be ready to shoot at sight.
This goes both ways though. I mean, if you just fired a shot, or your enemy has a UAV, then you need to be really careful while pushing out or moving forward. Best tactic is to take up a defensive position because at this time, the enemy will surely come to you.
Then comes the most interesting part – Assassin Perk! If you have that and your enemy has a UAV, then you have the upper hand. Normally your enemies will be running after others who are on their radar. At this point of time, they will not be in a position to attack you cause they’re already busy. Most likely they will be sprinting or not ready to aim, remember this. As an Assassin, you should always be in a hidden enemy’s territory when they have UAV activated.
Strategy #4 – Base Killstreaks on your Skill Level
This one is kinda simple but many players aren’t able to figure this out. It’s absolutely pointless to pick the highest killstreak rewards if you’re not good at Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer. Rather pick up the lower killstreak rewards which you can get regular access to.
Whenever you get access to such rewards, they add more kills for you and for your group. What happens with this? You tend to level up faster thereby getting access to better guns and perks thus making your game life easy. This way, as you improve and start stacking up bigger killstreaks in Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Battles, you can switch to higher killstreak rewards.
Strategy #5 – Match up your Perks to your Gun
There is another problem with a lot of players in Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Battles – They aren’t able to pick the right perks and attachments for their weapon. Note that some perks are totally meant for specific weapons and don’t mix well with others. Yet, there are players who are not able to notice the difference.
Let’s take an example of Tier 2 Perks – You’re confused on whether you want to go with QuickDraw (faster aiming), or Assassin (Immunity to UAV and other such things). Quickdraw is mainly for long-ranged classes whereas Assassin is clearly for short-ranged classes.
While engaging in face-to-face battles, best thing is to shoot from the hip although you don’t have any time to aim. If you love sneaking up on people, then you got to choose close-combat classes. Here, the Assassin trait is very beneficial. Also remember that when your enemies have UAV up, it’s very risky to stay close to your enemies.
Let’s compare this with Quickdraw. When you’re using an Assault Rifle or Sniper Rifle, mostly you won’t be close enough to your target to worry about the sensors. However, while using a Sniper Rifle, you need to aim and take down very quickly, specially when someone’s sprinting across an open area. Pros can really benefit from this feature of Quickdraw.
Match your Perks and Guns as per your play style. This will make you a really good player in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy scene.
Strategy #6 – Vote for the same Map
I think that this is one of the best things as per strategy in Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer. You must vote for the same map all the time. While being in new spaces, it’s kind of hard to master different guns, perks and killstreaks. When you finally get familiar with the surroundings, it’s far easier to focus on your enemies and stuff.
When you are on a map that you’re well aware of, it’s far easy to focus on locating and shooting enemies. Once you have mastered a map, just move on to a new one and repeat the process. Do this until you master all the maps. And then.. prepare to DOMINATE.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Strategy Guide Conclusion
If you apply these 6 strategies, trust me, you’ll excel far better than not reading these strategies at all. Of course, there are always exceptions to these rules and different people can have different opinions on the same but we wrote the best possible methods we could.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
SERVICE MASTER, Memphis, TN June 08 – Till Date
Senior Business Analyst
Terminix has approximately 800 customer service agents that reside in our branches in addition to approximately 150 agents in a centralized call center in Memphis, TN. Terminix customer service agents receive approximately 25 million calls from customers each year. Many of these customer’s questions are not answered or their problems are not resolved on the first call. Currently these agents use an AS/400 based custom developed system called Mission to answer customer inquiries into branches and the Customer Communication Center. Mission – Terminix’s operation system – provides functionality for sales, field service (routing & scheduling, work order management), accounts receivable, and payroll. This system is designed modularly and is difficult to navigate for customer service agents needing to assist the customer quickly and knowledgeably. The amount of effort and time needed to train a customer service representative using the Mission system is high. This combined with low agent and customer retention is costly.
Customer Service Console enables Customer Service Associates to provide consistent, enhanced service experience, support to the Customers across the Organization. CSC is aimed at providing easy navigation, easy learning process, reduced call time and first call resolution.

Amazon Kindle How-To – Help! My Kindle’s Frozen!
You just got your new Kindle and have loaded it up with e-books and audio books. After playing a while you decide to make a few phone calls. When you come back, you find your Kindle screen is frozen! Unresponsive. The Next Page and Previous Page buttons don’t work. The (Aaa) doesn’t “wake it up.” Nothing seems to bring your Kindle back to life. That old-school screen saver just stares back at you.
First of all – don’t panic. As with any other electronic device, the Kindle occasionally has a few hiccups. There are a few things you can do to get your Kindle running again good as new.
1. Plug-in your charger. Sometimes the Kindle battery can get run-down enough so that it will “freeze.” Plugging the charger in and giving your Kindle battery some much needed power often will un-freeze the screen.
2. If that doesn’t work, try what is called a “soft reset.” To do a soft reset on your Kindle press the , , and keys simultaneously. Your Kindle screen should go blank or dark and then slowly come back to life.
3. When doing a soft reset doesn’t work, you will occasionally have to do a “hard reset.” To do a hard reset -
- Make sure your Kindle’s battery is charged (about an hour of charging time should do it)
- Remove the charger cord from your Kindle
- Open the back of your Kindle
- Locate the small hole under the word “Reset”
- Open a small paper clip
- Insert the paper clip end into the hole and press GENTLY for about 10 seconds
- Your Kindle screen should go blank (or black) and then the Kindle should re-start
4. When a hard reset doesn’t work you can try to remove and replace the battery in your Kindle. This is a bit more complex but not too difficult -
- Turn your Kindle off
- Remove the charger cord from your Kindle
- Open the back of your Kindle
- Locate the gray battery, and the finger-notch for removing the battery
- Gently press the battery toward the back of its compartment, then lift the battery out
- Locate the connector that attaches the battery to the Kindle
- GENTLY pull the battery connector out of the Kindle
- With the battery out of the Kindle turn it on for about 5 seconds
- Replace the battery and close the back cover of your Kindle
- Turn the Kindle on
If your Kindle is still “frozen” after completing the steps above, your next move is to contact the Amazon Kindle support team. Go to your Amazon account page – select “Manage my Kindle” and contact the support team from there. You can find the link at the top of the “Manage my Kindle” page on the far right side.
There is a good chance, however, that the steps above will get your Kindle un-frozen and by now you’ll be back enjoying your favorite e-book or audio book.
Congratulations! You’ve now learned how to do a soft and hard reset on your Amazon Kindle wireless reading device.
Phone, Internet, TV, Wireless…Comparing Bundled Services
This article will allow consumers to educate themselves on the best deals possible for bundled services. In the ever changing and ultra competitive world of telecom many consumers can be confused with the many different bundled plans and services most phone companies now offer. With the implementation of bundled services consumers can now have most all telecom products (phone, tv, internet, wireless) and services provided by the same company at a lower rate than having multiple service providers. This article will categorically break down plans provided by most major telecom service providers available in th US. Each provider will be rated based on blanket availability, services offered, and cost effectiveness. These are comprehensive reviews based on research and not personal experience. Phone Companies Beware this article is designed to educate consumers and provide the best possible options for telecom services.
First up AT&T The monopolizing entity of the Big 3 phone companies few can compete with the blanket availability of AT&T’s products and services worldwide. Being one of only three telecom companies that also offer wireless phone service as a part of its residential bundle which also includes its unlimited calling plan phone service, satellite TV Through Dish Network and of course the world famous ATT Yahoo DSL. Few companies can compete, but there are cheaper bundled service plans out there especially for the consumer that is not interested in cellular phone service. Here is an example of the services offered and billing for the AT&T Residential bundled services plan.
Phone Service- Order AT&T All Distance Online Select(SM) online and get unlimited local and domestic direct-dialed long distance plus great calling features.
TV Service- AT&T | DISH Network entertainment package with over 60 of America’s favorite channels. Includes local channels Plus Free DVR.

Well Old Ma Bell Does Have A Cost Effective Money Saving Bundle With The Most Availability!
4.5/5 Stars
Next we have Qwest Communications One of the Big 3 Telecom service providers its coverage area is limited to the Western half of the states mainly the Pacific Northwest but as far as price and overall services this company by far has the best bundled package including wireless cell phone service on the market. One Negative though No free DVR here but more channels with Direct TV as opposed to ATT Dish Network, Here are the details.
Phone Service- Digital Voice: Unlimited local and long-distance calls from your home phone to anywhere in the U.S. and now Canada, anytime. PLUS, choose up to three of your favorite calling features.
TV Service- The DIRECTV® package offers 185+ channels in 100% digital quality.
High Speed Internet- Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe with MSN. Unlimited Internet access that’s up to 25 times faster than 56Kbps dial-up.

Bundled Plan Total Cost 125.96/mo
Unbeatable 5/5 stars if its available in your are choose Qwest!
Well here it is last of the Big 3 Phone companies Verizon. I’m wondering which of these companies will be around for the next 20 years with AT&T having a strangle hold on our national market. Verizon Phone company does provide some pretty stiff competition for Old Ma Bell though, Here are the details.
Phone- Verizon’s Freedom Essentials provides unlimited calls to the US and Canada as well as the main basic calling features with voicemail being FREE 1 up on AT&T.
TV Service- Same Plan as Qwest with Direct TV more channels for the money as opposed to AT&T.
High Speed Internet- DSL the cable companies sure have 1 up on DSL consumers with faster speed available but in a bundle Verizon has a pretty good plan, Connection speeds up to 3.0 Mbps, More than 80 times faster than dial-up, Three installation steps
here is the one negative with their DSL service in the bundle One-year commitment required.
Wireless- Well We’ve all heard of the network on TV and the such and Verizon Phone Company does offer wireless services as part of its bundle with 450 anytime minutes and a standard wireless plan.
Bundled Plan Total Cost 134.99-144.99/mo depending on your area.
I would have to rate them #2 amongst the Big 3 as far as services and pricing but they do have the edge on Qwest based up blanket availability.
4.5/5.0 stars

Next Up Charter Communications, the reviews are in some good some bad and well some just plain indifferent. Charter Communication Cable…Cable TV’s answer to the Big 3 phone companies (AT&T, Qwest, Verizon) and satellite tv’s quest to crush cable have assembled their own bundled telecom services package as well. Though wireless cell phone services are not offered as part of the Charter Bundle. Charter does have a few advantages that may just sway a chunk of loyal wireless consumers back to the wired world. Here are the details.
Phone- Unlimited local and long distance in the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada from one provider. One bill for local and long distance. Keep your current phone number (subject to some restrictions).
TV Service- Over a hundred channels, plus local channels. Digital quality picture and sound. Parental Controls and an Interactive Program Guide Movies and shows you can start on your schedule with Charter OnDemand – many included at no cost.

Wireless Cell Phone- NA
Bundled Plan Total Cost 99.97/mo
On Demand is Pretty Nice and no matter what DSL users say cable is faster than DSL but with no wireless service it means I still have to look at another bill month to month. Limited availability Though. 4.0/5 stars
Last but not least Time Warner Cable Company Well While Competing in huge markets such as New York, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio Time Warner has a bundled services package that seems to be the best for the loyal cable consumer. Still no wireless phone service but with high speed cable internet service through Road Runner and On Demand programming as well as a free DVR included in its digital Cable package it seems to be the service to outlast Charter and Comcast in the Cable Providers rank and file in our new telecom bundled services world.
Phone- It’s time for a better residential telephone service. It’s time for unlimited calling to anywhere in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, plus popular calling features for one low “monthly” price.
TV Service- Time Warner Cable Over 250 Channels
With features like Digital Video Recorder (DVR), you can now record anything you like and watch it later, with all the control of a VCR or a DVD. You can even pause live TV. Plus On Demand
High Speed Internet- high speed cable via Road Runner. Hey Its Cable internet always on and faster than DSL.
Wireless Cell Phone- NA
Bundled Plan Total Cost 99.97/mo
Hey I had AT&T but DSL was too unreliable I now have Charter but wish I could have Time Warner
4.0/5 stars
In closing with the market as competitive as it has become for your telecom dollars finding the best bundled services package for your home or business is just a matter of educating yourself.
Whose Phone Number Is This? Find Out Whose Phone Number This Is With Reverse Phone Lookup
You may receive a telephone call from a phone number you don’t recognise, and will probably ask yourself, whose phone number is this – especially if you get several anonymous calls from the same phone number. Or perhaps you found a phone number on your spouse or partner’s cell phone, or written down on a scrap of paper in their wallet or purse, and you’re suspicious of who they might have been talking to. There are several reasons why you might want to find out whose phone number it is.
So, now you’ve got the phone number, how do you go about putting your mind to rest, or confirming your suspicions one way or another? Well, there are a few things you can do which don’t cost anything.
The simplest one, if you’re feeling brave enough, is to simply call the number and ask who it is. If you don’t want to do this, and a lot of people wouldn’t want to, then get a friend to call for you. If you’re a girl, get a guy friend to call for you, and if you’re a guy, yes, you guessed it, ask a female friend to call the phone number. It’s much easier for someone of the same sex as the caller to make that sort of call without attracting the suspicions of the person at the other end. Of course, this method won’t always work, especially if the person whose phone number it is doesn’t want to be identified.
So, what next? Well, you could try Googling the number – you never know, you might get lucky, although it’s a long shot. While you’re on Google, it’s probably a good idea to look for some free Reverse Phone Number lookup websites, and give those a try. There are a few of them around, and you might be lucky, but to be honest, the databases they use aren’t that comprehensive, and if you think about it, would you give that sort of information away for free if people are prepared to pay for it? Probably not.
This brings us to the most effective way to find out who the number calling you belongs to. You’ll need to use a paid Reverse Phone Number Lookup service. They only cost a few dollars, and they are much more reliable and comprehensive than the free services. Look at it this way. If you don’t spend just a few bucks now, you could be worrying about the mystery phone number for quite a while, and causing yourself unnecessary stress, just for the sake of the price of a couple of movie tickets. Think about it – it’s not that much to pay for peace of mind.
